  1. This program for 16/32 bit systems allows a user to group all their application launches 
  2. into one area and also launch multiple application at the same time.  For Windows 3.x it 
  3. provides a facility that is not provided by the Windows system and for Windows 95 it 
  4. combines the desktop shortcut, Start menu and Start Documents features into one place.  
  5. It allows the user to specify what file types are displayed and will display the contents 
  6. immediately when selected.  If the file is a BMP, ICO or WMF file it will show the image.  
  7. The user can also immediately edit any non graphic file selected.  A list of commonly used 
  8. applications can be saved and is displayed in most used to least used sequence.

  10. In the evaluation version ALL features with the exception of the preferences save are 
  11. available.

  13. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  15. Windows 3.1 or 3.11 for the 16 bit version
  16. Windows 95 for the 32 bit version
  17. A minimum of 800 x 600 screen resolution.  You can run on a 640 x 480 screen but not all of
  18. the main screen will fit.  You may not be able to see all the options although these are all
  19. available from the menu bar.

  21. INSTALLATION

  23. The installation will store itself in its own directory and, apart from any Windows modules, 
  24. only create an INI file in the Windows directory.  Once you have unzipped the distribution 
  25. ZIP file or executed the distributed EXE file, run the SETUP program to install on to your 
  26. system.  If you wish to remove the application just delete the directory and all the files 
  27. that you specified at setup and delete the MINILNCH.INI or MINI LAUNCHER.INI file from your 
  28. Windows directory.  A number of Windows files will also be installed into your Windows 
  29. directory but these may also be required by other programs that you are running.  I would 
  30. advise that you leave these on your system.  If you are running Windows 95 then select then 
  31. open the Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs, select Mini Launcher and Remove.
